TERMS OF SERVICE

By purchasing a commission, you automatically agree to the following terms.

- I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason
- Purchased art can NOT be used in any capacity with AI or for commercial purposes
- If commissioned art is shared publicly, please credit me
- My turnaround time is generally 1-2 weeks but can be upwards of a month. I will communicate with you if I need more time

Will draw:

- Animals, mythical creatures (feral and anthro)
- OCs, canon characters/fanart
- Gore
- Simple machinery
- Suggestive/ mature themes

Will NOT draw:

- Humans, humanoids (anything with a human face)
- Explicit NSFW or fetishes
- Racism, homophobia, transphobia, any kind of hate speech
- Complex mecha

Commissioning Process

- Details are discussed, such as what character(s) you'd like, specific poses, expressions, scenes, etc
- I will draft a simple sketch. Revisions are incorporated and once the sketch is finalized, payment is accepted
- After payment is received, I will begin lineart and rendering
- Updates/WIP can be requested at any time
- Minor revisions are okay after final render, but huge changes will not be made

Refund Policy

- Refunds can be requested at any time before the final render. However, they will be equivalent to how much work I've completed. If I have done nothing past the original sketch, a full refund will be issued. If I have begun lines or rendering, a partial refund will be issued
- If I have to cancel for whatever reason, (e.g. my tablet breaks) during any stage of the process, a full refund will be issued
- Sales are final once the completed commission is received

PAYMENT

- I currently take Venmo and Paypal, but I am flexible and willing to expand to different services, just ask!
- Payment is accepted after a sketch is sent and approved; I will not begin rendering until payment is sent
